Frequently Asked Qs

RSVP Questions + Answers

How do I RSVP? What is the RSVP deadline?

You’ll be able to RSVP on our wedding website in a few months time.

We will kindly ask that you give us your response by August 10, 2026.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to our venue space, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Are children welcome?

While we love your little ones, we will be having an adults-only event. We hope you can all enjoy a night of relaxation and celebration. Thank you for making arrangements. Children will only be welcome at our Farewell Brunch on Sunday.

Venue Questions + Answers

Where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding venue is Zaca Lake right outside of Los Olivos, CA. The address is 8000 Foxen Canyon Road Los Olivos, CA 93441.

Can I drive to the venue?

Cars are not permitted at the venue. We will be providing transportation to and from the venue. Exact times and locations will be posted closer to the date.

What will the weather be like? Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Santa Ynez in October is typically warm during the day (70s–80s) and cool at night (50s–60s). Because the wedding is lakeside, temperatures can drop after sunset — please bring a jacket or wrap. We will also be providing heaters for our events. All of our events will be outdoors.

Dress Code

Cocktail Attire — but on the dressier side.

Think refined yet festive, the kind of outfit that feels special but still lets you dance all night!

For women: We kindly ask that you opt for full-length or midi dresses (please no short styles). Since our venue is outdoors, please be mindful of the shoes you wear as well (block heels will be best).

For men: Classic cocktail attire — suits or tailored jackets with dress pants (tie or no tie is fine).

While there’s no required color palette, we suggest our guests wear joyful colors in the tones below:

Warm Neutrals, Reds, Oranges & Yellows
Rosy Tones
Rich Accents & Jewel Greens
