Where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding venue is Zaca Lake outside of Los Olivos, CA.

What is the shuttle schedule?

We’re excited to offer shuttle service for our wedding day, with two buses running between key hotels and our venue, Zaca Lake. Because the venue is remote and accessed by a single shared roadway, all guests are required to use the shuttle service.

Your cooperation in boarding promptly helps ensure a smooth arrival experience for everyone. If you’re staying in an Airbnb, please plan to make your way to the closest designated pick‑up location. For example, guests staying in Los Olivos will find the Grand Ave/Railway Ave lot will be the most convenient option. To keep everything on schedule, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your departure time.

2:45PM - Pickup from Pea Soup Andersen’s Inn in Buellton
2:55PM - Pickup from Santa Ynez Valley Marriott in Buellton

Bus 2
3:00PM - Pickup from Grand Ave/Railway Ave lot in Los Olivos

RETURN SCHEDULE
Shuttles will be running from Zaca Lake back to Los Olivos, Los Alamos and Buellton starting at 10:30PM, with the last shuttle at 12:30AM.

Can I drive to the venue?

No, cars are not permitted at the venue. We will be providing transportation to and from the venue. See schedule above.

What will the weather be like? Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Santa Ynez in October is typically warm during the day (70s–80s) and cool at night (50s–60s). Because the wedding is lakeside, temperatures can drop after sunset — please bring a jacket or wrap. We will also be providing heaters for our events. All of our events will be outdoors.
